In this paper is presented methodology of economical analysis of work conditions at certain queries with results of discounted cash flow analysis through observed exploitation periods. Through this analysis are gained the following indexes: net present value of mining project, internal rate of return and discounted average costs, like results of technical-ecnomical estimation of specified mining project within Prefeasibility and Feasibility studies about exploration and exploitation of mineral reource deposits.
The aim of this paper is determination of more reality and all-inclusive approach through deciding of problems by concession compensation definition in expoloitation of mineral resources on the building technical stone exploitation sample.
