Definition of ecological aspects through directive of mine operation related to sustainable development basic rools is very imporatant by performing of mine regulation plan . In this work is presented Regulation plan of Omarska mine like sample for definition of Mine obligation related to Law of environmental protection in the Republic Srpska.
