CONTRIBUTION TO THE PROCESS RE BALANCING MINE RESERVES MINES AND DEPOSITS MINERAL MATERIALS IN THE REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA

Abstract

New European legislation and regulation in the field of mining and geology related to mining, when it comes to classification and valuation of mineral reserves and resources of raw materials, required to be sure, from an economic point of view, define and implement a process evaluation of mines and mineral deposits of raw materials, to determine their current status and value in the market. This approach suggests that today the world market determines all traffic general social values, and the value of mines and mining products. World market conditions determine the general social and economic criteria of evaluation, which implies significant changes in all sectors of the economy in the world, and in mining and geology tied to mining. Practically, the adoption of the criteria important to change the current Ore Reserves mines and reserves in the deposits of mineral raw materials categorization and classification established by the applicable regulations. The consequence of the introduction of this criterion is rebilansiranje ore reserves in all mines in the Serbian Republic, which is very extensive, highly professional and responsible job. For this purpose it is necessary and in time, establish a methodology whose application can be clearly seen profitability of the mine, with commercial and national aspects.
