Ozone occurs in the atmosphere at the highest volume in the stratospheric and tropospheric layer. In the stratosphere occurs naturally through the action of solar and cosmic radiation on oxygen molecules that break down to atomic oxygen, with the creation of molecules of ozone. Tropospheric ozone occurs in the lower layers of the atmosphere in the troposphere in the cycle of photolysis. Monitoring the content of ozone in the atmosphere is necessary because of its adverse impact on the biosphere, material and cultural goods and health. In the area of the town of Bijeljina was appointed monitoring system and carried out monitoring the content of ozone in the air during the period October 2008 - September 2009 year. In addition to daily monitoring of the concentration of ozone in the air were monitored and basic meteorological parameters. The results are shown in tables and graphs. Results of determining the content of ozone in the air show that in the whole measuring period, the average value in the limit. Exceptions are the two days when the concentration exceeded the allowed limits (20.05.2009 and 01.07.2009). The research content of ozone in the air of the city of Bijeljina show that the pollutants in the limit, so his influence on the biosphere, material and cultural goods and health can be considered acceptable and no expectations of a significant adverse impact.
