Seismicity of an area for a certain period of time, can we understand as a kind of "the forecast" threat of the space seismic intensity. The authors indicate that instumentalni records of earthquake seismology is still not able to give satisfactory answers involving the strong earthquake. Pointed out that neither magnituda and the seismic moment do not meet the requirements of selective energy classification earthquake. Indicate the possibility using oleate with shorter feedback periodia earthquake for the purpose of EC8 because this standard provides a way safer budget seizmo resistant structures in relation to the now used.
